Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to provide temporary, administrative support to the Key Account Sales Team INTERSPORT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction
- Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence
- Coordinate and organize meetings
- Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents
- Translating documents
- Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations
- Maintaining and updating the team sharepoint (if applicable)

- Sales Strategic Team
- Marketing Operations
- Sales Development
- International Buying Group Team
- External: Partners and Accounts
Knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Interest in sports
Required education and experience / minimum requirement:
- University student in the field of Business, Management, Economics, Sports or Marketing
- Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period)
- Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
